IPX7 Temporary Immersion Tank
1. Introduction:
Temporary Immersion Tank is designed according to IEC60529 clause 14.2.7 regarding the second characteristic numerals 7. Waterproof test simulates the condition of raining, which is mainly applied to electronic products, luminaire, electric components, motor and house-holding appliance. The waterproof test can help to judge the products’ performance, and provide the basis for design, improve and inspect. The water-level on enclosure requires 0.15m above top and 1m above bottom, duration of the test is 30min.
2. Features:
● For IPX7 testing
● Adopts double-layer structure and made by SUS304 stainless steel, to make sure rustless for long time use.
● Inlet and outlet water pipe are placed on the bottowm, and inlet valve is placed on the back.
● The view window is made by stalinite 12mm, can check the test condition at real time.
● The stainless steel rule can display the water level clearly.
● Buit-in a stainless steel hook, user can place the sample easily.
