IP Code Test Probes
Introduction
The IP code test probe kits can meet the test requirements of IEC60529 for IP1X to IP4X testing. The IP code probe kits includes test probe A, test probe B, test probe C, test probe D, test probe 1 and test probe 2, they are applied to verify the enclosure protection against access to hazardous parts and ingress of solid foreign objects.
Test Probe A for IP1X Testing: Φ50 sphere with handle (0-50N thruster for optional)
Test Probe B for IP2X testing: jointed test finger (0-50N thruster for optional)
Test probe C for IP3X testing: Φ2.5 rod-length 100 (3N thruster for optional)
Test Probe D for IP4X testing: Φ1.0 wire-length 100 (1N thruster for optional)
Test Probe 1: 500g steel sphere (0-50N thruster for optional)
Test probe 2: 15g steel sphere (0-30N thruster for optional)
