IEC60335-1 Electrical Stability Tester/Inclined Plane Device
1. Introduction
Inclined plane device is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60335-1 clause 20.1, IEC60065 clause 19.2 and IEC60950 clause 4.1.1, for checking the stability performance of the appliances intended to be used on a surface.
This device consists of a surface and an angle adjusting device. The inclination angle can be adjusted at the range of 00 to 300. The rotation speed is 1rpm per min. Place the appliance in its intended position of use on a plance, inclinded at an angle of 100 or 150 to the horizontal, and then rotate slowly through an angle of 3600 about ist normal vertical axis. During the test, the appliance shall not overtun.
