1. Introduction

Negative pressure leak testing machine can meet the requirement of IEC60529 for IPX8 testing and IEC60598, it is mainly applied to small appliances for air tightness detecting, and the leak points can be found out during the test.The equipment is mianly consisted by transparent Sealed jar and control unit, the equipment has negative pressure test function, air pressure test function and water pressure test function.

2. Features

1). Working principle: The sample is placed into the water, close the lid and start the equipment, start the vacuum pump to draw out the air on the water surface to make the pressure difference between the inner cavity and the outer cavity of the sample. At this time, two situations may occur: if the sample is a defective product, bubbles will continuously appear in the water, and the operator can observe the bubbling position. If the sample is a good product, no bubbles will pop out, the vacuum auto control and adjustable.

2). The jar is made of plexiglass, it is transparent for observe purpose.

3). Special silicone sealing ring, good elasticity, not easy to damage.

4). Control unit: 4.3 inch LCD touch screen. The pressure hold time, test pressure, delayed leak time and other data can set up by touch screen.

5). After the test is completed, the pressure can be automatically stopped, and the air inside the tank can be automatically drained. The operator can open the lid and take out the test sample.

6). Pressure control: pressure sensor made by Panasonic, can auto control the test pressure. Control accuracy: ±0002Mpa, display accuracy: 0.001Mpa.
