Test Probe D for IP4X testing (Test wire: Φ1.0 wire-length 100 ）

1. Introduction:

Test probe D (Test wire) is designed according to IEC61032 figure 4, and can meet the test requirements of IEC60529, IEC60065, IEC60598 and etc.. This probe is a IP code probe for verify the grade IP4X, which means the protection against solid foreign objects of Φ1.0mm and greater. And simulate the person's wire to verify the accessibility to hazard parts protected by enclosure.

The test probe D can work with force gauge to apply 1N force. Or user can select the probe with 1N thruster built-in, so that to apply force directly during the test. A wire is lead out, which can work with control panel to form a continuity indicating circuit.
